CCS Ltd takes its obligations under the UK GDPR very seriously in terms of not holding onto personal data for any longer than is necessary. There are circumstances under which we will share your information; however, we will always endeavour to discuss this with you first, and to obtain your consent where possible. The circumstances are:

  • Where we have agreed with you that your GP, psychiatrist or other professional should be informed.

Additionally, under the professional code of ethics and practice for psychotherapists and counsellors, all therapists will undergo supervision of their work. The supervisor may be external to CCS Ltd and counsellors may take their own notes. This work is always anonymised e.g. using only initials.


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
